  • Business Trip Arrangement : Arrange flight ticket, accommodation for the Employee’s Business Trip
  • Comparing  the ticket & accommodation price
  • Preparing all the payment and report that related to flight & accommodation 
  • In charge to arrange the delivery of Company documents either for domestic & International
  • In charge of carrying out the office daily supply
  • Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by GA Department


  • Female with  max 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Min 5 years working  experience as General Affair 
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill 
  • Fluent in English spoken, written 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
