Position Summary
Develop and maintain strategies to maximize profitability, uphold quality and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Handling domestic and export market.
- Maintain relationship with traders, suppliers, and clients, also make sure to comply with government regulation, especially Domestic Market Obligation (DMO)
- Conduct business trips for client meeting, attend industry events, coal conference and buyer gatherings
- Lead negotiations on pricing & commercial terms
- Conduct Market research & analyze industry trends to identify risks and opportunities in coal sales and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, Business or related field
- Having min. 15 years’ experience as Marketing Manager in coal mining company
- Experience in handling up to 70 million ton of coal sales
- Analytical, details oriented with a strategic vision
- Strong knowledge of the coal mining industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
