Business Analyst Senior Staff

Tanggung Jawab

• Provide business insights from financial perspective with a fact-based information and identifying risk and opportunity and provide recommendation
• Collaborate with other cross function department to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyse actual financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management
• Gather, organize, simulate and support various business reports and be able to verify and validate the numbers. Be flexible to learn the new reporting tool and utilize it as and when needed.
• Preparing data required in planning and controlling operations
• Preparing data in connection with day-to-day decisions or special projects that require a choice among alternative courses of action
• Reviewing Capital Expenditure to make sure an effective and efficient capex spending
• Manage relationship with Bank & Vendor

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Corporate Finance or similar role
• Proficient in Financial Projection/Modelling, Consolidation and variance analysis
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong command of English, both verbal and written
• Having a mining experience is preferred
