Position Summary
HR Organizational Development Specialist
Responsibilities
- Assess current organizational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Lead and manage organizational development initiatives to support company goal
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement effective change management plans
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement and development needs
- Managing the implementation of the performance appraisal process within company
- Develop, implement and maintain company competencies dictionary for all roles and levels
- Collaborate with Management to design succession planning and talent development strategies
- Manage and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and areas of focus
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives on organizational performance
- Design and develop strategies and framework of people development
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and development program to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
- Strong understanding about Human Capital & Organizational Development
- Familiar with talent management, employee management & performance improvement
- Proficiency in change management & strategic planning
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office & Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse data
- Ability to work independently as well as part of team
- Certified BNSP, CHRP, CHRM, IAHR, PHR or SPHR are preferable
