Position Summary

HR Organizational Development Specialist
 

Responsibilities

  • Assess current organizational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and manage organizational development initiatives to support company goal
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement effective change management plans
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas of improvement and development needs
  • Managing the implementation of the performance appraisal process within company
  • Develop, implement and maintain company competencies dictionary for all roles and levels
  • Collaborate with Management to design succession planning and talent development strategies
  • Manage and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and areas of focus
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives on organizational performance
  • Design and develop strategies and framework of people development
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions and development program to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development
  • Strong understanding about Human Capital & Organizational Development
  • Familiar with talent management, employee management & performance  improvement
  • Proficiency in change management & strategic planning
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team
  • Certified BNSP, CHRP, CHRM, IAHR, PHR or SPHR are preferable
