Jakarta, 26 May 2009 – PT Bayan Resources Tbk is pleased to announce the decision of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Republic of Indonesia (MEMR) to lift the mining ban on certain areas at one of their subsidiaries, PT Teguh Sinarabadi (TSA) in East Kalimantan. Mr. Bambang Gatot Ariyono, one of the Directors under Directorate General of Mineral, Coal, and Geothermal, gave the approval of the feasibility study submitted by TSA. This allows TSA to resume mining operations and activities in that particular area.
