General Affair Supervisor
Maintaining office facility including building condition and the cleanliness
Creating weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules and facility repairs
Doing the office supply inventory
Handling the operational administration
Monitoring the work procedure of third-party employee, such as OB, OG, and Security
Manage budgeting for internal division purpose, including maintenance, office supplies purchasing, and administration fees.
Coordinates with vendors or suppliers
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affair
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools
Excellent command in English
Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail
