Position Summary

General Affair Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining  office facility  including building condition and the cleanliness 

  • Creating weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules and facility repairs

  • Doing the office supply inventory 

  • Handling the operational administration

  • Monitoring the work procedure of third-party employee, such as OB, OG, and Security

  • Manage budgeting for internal division purpose, including maintenance, office supplies purchasing, and administration fees.

  • Coordinates with vendors or suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in  General Affair

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools

  • Excellent command in English 

  • Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail
